Return & Refund Timeline
Immediate Return at Delivery - FREE
If you don't want the product at the time of delivery, simply inform the delivery person. They will take the product back to the store at NO CHARGE.

Return After 3 Hours - Delivery Charge Applies
If you accept the delivery and payment is collected, but decide to return the product after 3 hours, a delivery charge of ₹30 will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
Product Price: ₹150
Delivery Charge: - ₹30
Refund Amount: ₹120
Note: The delivery person will collect the product and process your refund with the delivery charge deducted.
Eligible for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Product is damaged, defective, or expired
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Product quality does not meet standards
- Product packaging is damaged or tampered with
- Product received is near or past expiry date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Perishable goods after 24 hours
- Personal care items that have been unsealed
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards and vouchers

How Refunds Work
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Since we collect payment at the time of delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
Immediate Return: No payment collected, no refund needed
After 3 Hours: Cash refund (minus ₹30 delivery charge) processed within 24-48 hours
Bank Transfer: Provide bank details for direct transfer if preferred
Refund Timeline
Once the delivery person picks up the returned product and brings it back to our store, your refund will be processed immediately. Cash refunds are typically available for collection or delivery within 24-48 hours.
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements for damaged or defective products. The replacement will be delivered at no additional cost, typically within 24-48 hours of pickup.
If the exact product is out of stock, we'll offer you a similar product or a full refund. You can also choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
Partial Returns
If you need to return only some items from your order, that's absolutely fine! The refund will be calculated based on the individual item prices. Remember: if you return items after the 3-hour window, the ₹30 delivery charge will be applied regardless of whether you return all or some items.
